My Lasagna Monster!

All I need to say is that Madelyn thoroughly enjoyed her dinner last night...



She wanted to make sure she had some on her head just incase- those hairs were looking more blonde than red...
Not quite sure how I caught her in this pose but it is hilarious- Maybe she doesnt want her face cleaned off- oh who am I kiddding- she had to have a bath!!!
But isnt she too cute!!

Can we do this every weekend? Please...

What a fourth of July weekend... We had such a good time; we started on Friday at a cookout. Lots of yummy food- can I say the best coconut cream pie ever!!! I ate too much for sure- well lets just say I ate too much the entire weekend...

Also, thanks to Grammy & Papa for Madelyn's adorable 4th of July dress... She looks so cute- (but can I just say that she is so hard to get a good picture of right now- I have a million pictures of the top of her head as she crawls off...lol...) But I caught her just in time...

She looked so adorable in that bonnet- and she is loving that babydoll...

Ok, fastforward to about 7am Saturday morning- I drag the family out of bed, (ok just Bob, Madelyn was already awake) & we take off for the lake... It is always lots of fun... I was so excited Madelyn liked the water this time, which was nice because she didn't have to sit in the boat and sweat... The water felt GREAT!!!! Here we are, her first enjoyable swim in the lake....

So besides the sunburn I got, (which is almost all tan by now thank goodness) it was a wonderful weekend... Good quality time with family & friends... Bob loved all of his time with Madelyn. I am so glad we went... Gosh I love summertime!!!!!!! Oh & I love homemade ice cream!!!

I thought this was so cute and wanted to share... Madelyn is so interested in anything going on, so we put her to work...lol... She is helping Bob nail the trim in her closet...

Its been too long!!!!

Wow it has been way too long since my last post, I am going to catch up with lots of pictures but I dont know how to put them in order so bare with me...

We took our first trip to the park Wednesday night, we had a great time!!! Madelyn LOVED the swing!!! As you can see from her big smiles :)

My new coffee table!!!!!! Thank you so much mom it is exactly what I want and you are so sweet!! In case you didnt read between the lines (lol) my mom bought me a new coffee table which I stinkin love!!!! Thanks again momma- I love you!!!!

Oh and the big news I almost forgot....

We finally have our first TOOTH!!!! It has broke the skin, but its not all the way in yet... I am so proud- I was beginning to wonder if she was ever going to have any....
